3. Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing
The processing of personal data in accordance with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation is based on the controller's legitimate interest, contractual relationship and/or compliance with the controller's legal obligation. The processing of personal data can also be based on the data subject's consent, which then forms the legal basis for the processing in the applicable parts. The controller has a legitimate interest in engaging in factual, justified and legal sales and marketing activities, including related customer profiling.
The purpose of processing personal data is customer relationship management and customer communication, implementation and development of our services, monitoring and analysis of the use of our services and products, customer, opinion and market research, business development, targeting of marketing and advertising and direct marketing.
4. Data content of the register
Information stored in the register includes: name, telephone number, e-mail address, position, company/organization, information about the ordered products and their changes, IP address of the network connection, credentials/profiles in social media services, billing information and other information related to the customer relationship and the ordered products.
IP addresses of website visitors and cookies necessary for the functions of the service are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, e.g. to take care of information security and for the collection of statistical data of website visitors in those cases when they can be considered as personal data. If necessary, consent is requested separately for third-party cookies.
5. Regular sources of information
The information to be saved in the register is obtained from the customer, e.g. From messages sent via web forms, by e-mail, by phone, via social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations where the customer gives out their information.
Information about contact persons of companies and other organizations can also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services and other companies.
6. Regular transfers of data and transfer of data outside the EU or EEA
Your data is processed by the personnel of our company when performing their duties. In our operations, we use third-party information systems for data storage and processing.
We hand over information to enable the production of the service to our partners operating in the IT, payment brokerage, transport and accounting sectors. Situations like this include, for example, when you order payment or logistics services from the online store or other services provided by third parties, the order of which takes place via our website. All such transmission of information related to service production to third parties is mentioned separately when ordering the service.
We may also disclose information otherwise to fulfill contractual obligations when required by law or a competent authority. We may also disclose your information if we are involved in a business transaction.
We do not transfer data outside the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA).
7. Principles of registry protection
Becom Group's online store user register information is stored in the registrar's system, which is protected by operating system security software. Access to the system requires entering a username and password. The system is also protected by firewalls and other technical means. Only certain, predefined employees of the registrar can access and have the right to use the information contained in the register stored in the system. The information contained in the register is located in locked and guarded premises.
8. Right of inspection and right to demand correction of information
Every person in the register has the right to check their information stored in the register and demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the information stored about him or demand correction, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requester to prove his identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).
9. Other rights related to the processing of personal data
A person in the register has the right to request the removal of personal data about him from the register ("the right to be forgotten"). Those registered also have other rights according to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, such as limiting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requester to prove his identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).
